Working on it. Shoulder feels better every week and all the dumb PT is paying off. The doctor said I’d start seeing a noticeable change now. I was suspicious but he was correct. Finally back up to PR territory with a straight bar

Yep. Tell that to Todd. He has a great eye for form but his opinions on PT are so out dated. It’s super frustrating because there’s a lot of broken kids in his gym. Not everyone want to just live in constant pain and train through it.
