Nick's log...
Hi all!
New lifter just at the end of novice LP (4 months).
Age: 35
Height: 189cm
BW: 105kg
Current PRs are:
Squat: 150kg x5
DL: 195kg x1
Bench: 102.5kg x5
Press: 60kg x5
About to embark on the tricky transition to early intermediate programming. I'm keen not to change too many things at once, so I'm going to try TM for a while, see if it sticks. Wish me luck!

Re: Nick's log...
Welcome. I don't know many people who have had much success with the Texas Method, but I'll watch this log to see what you think. Lots of people around here seem to be having success as much higher volume and lower intensities, roughly. . . .
