So hit my RPE limit early. Target was 485x4 and based on last week I was confident. But alas, it was not to be. Maybe just not completely over the illness yet. Prescription was for 4@6, 4@7 and 4@8. When I hit what was obviously a tough @8, I just dropped from there and added an extra set to get the volume.
Bench 3-0-0: 259x4@7, 275x4@8, 292x4@9, 275x4x2
HBBS: 275x8x4@8-9-ish. These were supposed to be @7, @8, @9x 2 sets. Again, just feeling shitty and drained.
So, all things considered, this was a pretty forgettable day. I'm sure I'll be back to normal by Thursday's session.
