Barely got to train today, had no shorts or squat shoes so no tempos, might do them on gpp tomorrow time permitting.

Have run into some pretty chronic hip flexor pain so I'm going to have to re-assess my training for now.
Previous threads [viewtopic.php?t=659] have suggested taking a couple of weeks away from squats and focus on the others until you're feeling up to doing a mini LP again when pain is reduced. Thank you @Murelli.
All squat types hurt at the moment so I will likely do a HLMish split with leg presses and more recovery resources/volume weighted towards bench and deadlifts.
