Just found your log, @oldguy .

Zercher squats and fat bar presses, that's unusual. I've done some Zercher squats, they sure do kill my upper back.

actually I am such a shitty typist - that was a 30 minute challenge - so max reps 315 in 30 minutes is the challenge - aiming for 60 ( 2 a minute). My coach/trainer got 52.

I saw it somewhere on the internet - lots of people pooh pooh these challenges ( like high rep squats, etc.) but I think they help with mental toughness and/or are just fun.

I see that we were discussing this in Egypt back in 2015.

This random guy got 60 in under 10 min! He deadlifts too close to his dog though.

Press - could not do - lower back too painful. Hurt even at rack position
