@Wilhelm thanks man. I took a break from dieting from August-November and allowed myself to gain 8lbs. I did my mock meet at the end of oct. and PRd my deadlift and total. I've been in a deficit since nov. 1 again and it sucks. Training sucks. But I'm getting through it, I'm taking a diet break for a week starting Friday, while I go on a ski trip, and then it'll be back to it.

I went to Jay Peak, a less popular resort in northern Vermont. Lots of snow and challenging terrain.

Where do you usually go?
My "local mountain" is mountain creek, though I'm probably a little closer to the poconos.
