Press sets of 7 for 45-60 reps @ 65% (60 reps)
Front Squat sets of 7 for 45-60 reps @ 65% (60 reps)
Incline DB Bench 8 Minute Density Block (45 total reps @ 25% of Press)
Weight 80kg (-2.5kg) Waist 94cm (-2.5cm)

Front Squats were a bit tough. Was thinking of doing 10-11 sets but with shitty work capacity I cut it down a bit

Eh, 17 working sets (8 full for each then half a set) is not something crazy I would say, plus the density block after

Press: Sets of 3 @ 77.5% (40kg) until 9: 10 Sets
Front Squat: Sets of 3 @ 77.5% (85kg) until 9: 8 Sets
Chin Ups: 10 Minute Density Block: 21 Reps (5,3,2,3,2,3,2,3)
1 Hour
BW: ~75kg

T-Bar Rows/PullDown 5 Min ARAMP each: 8 sets with 35kg on the rows and 33kg on the pulldown
Plank/Back Extension 5 Min AMRAP each: 1 Min 20 Sec total on the plank, 40 reps on the back extension in 4 sets
Tricep Pushdown/Bicep Curl: 3 x 15 x 15kg each
Cardio: 30 Minutes on the treadmill at 6KM/H
1 Hour, 5 Minutes
BW: 74.8kg
