Started training 1/26/15 with SSNLP which I ended up trying to run out multiple times over the course of about 2 years - was a lot of NDTFP. Joined SSOC in late 2016 and with a ton of help from my coach made some solid gains on all my lifts. Decided just recently to leave the nest and see what I can add to my knowledge base, fine tune my RPE judgement, and realize some gains! Ending a quick GPP block now and going to play around with Andy Baker’s 852 template for a bit.

DB hammer curls 20x12, 20x12, 25x8

Deadlift 300 3x8
Goodmornings 130x12, 140x10, 145x9 - first time ever doing these. I like them!
Reverse hyper 50x12, 60x10, 70x8 - first time with these as well.
Leg curls 70 3x15
