Thanks! I did notice in your log you've been dealing with some bicep stuff as well. I hope it settles down and you can get back to training the only two muscles that matter ;)

Incline Dumbbell Bench: 20kg x 5 x 4; x8@8
Trap bar deads: 80kg x 5 x 7@6
Cable Pulldowns (supine grip): 55kg x 5 x 8@6
One arm at a time superset:
Tricep extension/concentration curl 10kg x 10 x 2, 7.5x10/10kg x 10 x 3

On a quick trip to visit my brother, so a different gym. Couldn't find a incline bench for barbells and all angle adjustable benches seem to be bolted to the floor. So Dumbbells benchin it was. I like the superset I did at the end. I'll definitely keep that in the rotation.

Monday 30-09-19
Incline Bench: 50kg x 5 x 7@6.5-7
Hex deads: 85kg x 5 x 7@6.5
Cable pulldowns (supine grip): 60kg x 5 x 7@7
Superset of seated overhead tricep extensions / seated hammer curls: 20kg barbell x 15 x 3 / 12.5kg x 12 x 3

I'm starting to notice the weights now and I'm excited about it starting to get to be a weight I can hone the technique on. Especially noticeable on the bench and the pulldowns. Deads are getting there also, but I think I'll be there soon. Mostly I just get a bit winded.

Wednesday 02-10-19
Incline Bench: 57.5kg x 2 x 7@6
Hexbar deads: 100kg x 2 x 7@6-7
Chin-ups: bw x 2 x 7@8.5-9.5
Tricep, then biceps

Decent workout at a different gym. The hexbar was super weird, it wasn't the one I am used to and the bars seemed to be unevenly welded together. And I think it is heavier than the one I am used to. Finished the session with cable curls which was kind of fun. Basically just worked the stack until I missed a set of 10. Turned out to be 86 reps of 2.5, 5, 7.5, ... , 22.5kg x 6. 30 seconds rest

Hexbar deads: 82.5kg x 7 x 7@7
Cable pulldowns (supine): 55kg x 7 x 8@6.5
Single arm superset of cable tricep extensions and concentration curls. One arm, both exercises for three rounds then the other arm. Done.

Was fuxked up yesterday with a cold and coughing like crazy. Feeling better today. Incline bench is starting to be in work it territory. Deads and pulldowns are still quite easy.

Currently dealing with a pairly potent disinterest in lifting. Today was almost entirely to maintain the habit of lifting.
