205 lbs x 2
170 lbs x 5,5,5 (90 sec)

Fat Bar Pull Ups

Standing EZ Bar Triceps Extensions
75 lbs x 12,12,12

Sumo DL
405 lbs x 1
425 lbs x 1
445 lbs x 1
460 lbs x 1 (PR)
135 lbs x 10,10,10

Reverse Lunge
65 lbs x 8,8,8

Front Rack Reverse Lunge
65 lbs x 8

Zercher Reverse Lunge
65 lbs x 8

Front Squat
135 lbs x 5
155 lbs x 5
165 lbs x 5

Airdyne
25 minutes w 20/1:40 intervals x 8

Notes: Not sure where that came from. I have only ever used Sumo DL’s as a supplemental movement, so this is my new DL PR as well. Previous best was 455 conventional done in 2018. I knew it was there after the 425 single and there was definitely more in the tank. Kind of thought my PR days were behind me. Did the light Sumo’s instead of the planned back off work to pump some blood in the lower back. Zerchers felt best out of the the three reverse lunges by far. Took video but not sure how to post it.

Thanks man. I have a YouTube account but can’t seem to upload and can’t be bothered messing around with this. I already spent way too much time trying to figure it out. I know this used to be easier a few years ago. Starting to sound like an old man.

Run

2.5 miles
27:26
10:56/mile

Notes: Awful run. Legs felt so heavy. Not surprising I suppose. Planned on 3 miles, but walked the last 1/2 mile.

Notes: Excellent run today. Done after work, while
I fasted all day, and after being upset by some work and family shit. Pace got better with each successive mile without consciously trying to run faster.
