You could fatigue quickly for a bunch of reasons but it's not really a big deal. The more residual fatigue you have, the faster it will build up during a workout, you might be misjudging your initial RPE as too easy, and things just take time. I wouldn't worry about one bad day, you probably are accumulating fatigue (like you're supposed to during an accumulation block), but I would be careful to keep your dick out of the dirt. I dropped the load on squats tonight because rpe was feeling higher than it should have, but I did an extra rep to keep the volume the same.
