Comp Squat: 405x4@6, 425x4@7, 445x4@8 (@9-9.5), 400x4, 315x4- Overshot RPE on last set + pretty gnarly L hip pain after 445 & 400. Dropped all the way to 315 for the last set just because it was a weight I knew wouldn't hurt too badly.

Comp Bench: 281x4@6, 292x4@7, 297@8, 264x4x2- Adjusted down a bit on last set. Target was 308. Hit 303 last week.

DB bench: 90x8, 95x8, 100x8x2

Not bad considering how I've been feeling the last two days. Pretty solid overall.
