Been almost a year since I last logged here. Quite soon after the entry above, Norway, or at least Oslo, closed down, and I couldn't get to the gym for a while. I also did little of running and other stuff also. However, in the spring, summer and autumn, I've done a bit of running and mostly two days a week lifting weights. I had my last planned race for the "season" on Saturday (https://www.strava.com/activities/79664 ... t=56350897), and am now planning to do more weight lifting in the "off-season". Hoping to see if I can compete at a local meet towards the end of February, before running "season" starts up again.
