Are you running the Montana method? I ran BBM's HLM. Pretty enjoyable. The exercise selection was a bit exotic for my taste, but I made good gains overall so I'm happy.

Glad to hear that it worked well for you, congrats.

Yep, giving Montana method a go. It took a few weeks to get back to previous e1RMs. I've hit a couple of PRs on deadlift, but no progress so far on BP or SQ. I'm going to give it a few more weeks, then unless I make sudden progress I was thinking about trying another BBM template, possibly in tandem with a cut to get my waist in a healthy range. There is a GPP weighted hypertrophy template from memory.

What are you going to run next?

I'm rerunning BBM-HLM. I had some external issues--sick for most of the program, missed a week thanks to a back tweak, work issues, etc. I did well despite all the issues so I'm hoping a clean run will work better for me next time. Some hypertrophy program afterwards. Strength programs mentally beat a lifter up.
