205.1/205.8

PB&J w8d3
Jog 9:1
6 miles in 1:19
Treadmill slowing down again. My best guess is that I was averaging 13 minutes so I went until 1:19 to make sure I got my distance in. I binged tonight/today, maybe 300 calories over my TDEE. Whoops. 198 for mid November is going to take some more trying. I can’t wait to put this all back on autopilot.

It’s cool. I probably won’t watch outside of treadmillery. I might try to do the whole 31 days of Halloween thing (starting today…) which means Baki might wait until November

206.2/205.6

PB&J w9d1
Press 102.5x2x6

Bench
225x1
235x1 weak pause
235x1 better pause
215x4x4 good pauses these were hard

ss w/ chins
+22.5 x5x5

CGBP
150x10,10,7
ss w/ BPA green x12x3

Cable curls 35x15,13,10
Cable tris 35x15,12,10
Time 80 minutes
then…

Jogmill 9:1
2.3 miles in 29 minutes

Watched the original candyman tonight. The movie was ok, spooky but not scary. It definitely had 90s horror vibes. The score was mesmerizing, my favorite part of the movie, even though it was a weird choice for a slasher film. If the film. I’ll probably watch the remake later this week.

205.2/205.6

PB&J w9d2
LBBS
320x1@9 starting to get easier
260x4x4

Block Pulls, straps
395x4x4

Reverse Lunges
5 sets of 20, 1 minute rest

Air squats
33,33,34
Time 75 minutes

Didn’t want to do accessories. I think I’ll do these on lower days and see what happens.

Elbows are fried from yesterday. Gonna move dips to deadlift day.

Watching Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight. Super cheesy, super fun.

204.4/205.5

PB&J w9 d3
Failuremill 9:1
3 mile in 40 minutes
Stopped, then .7 miles in 9 minutes

Yesterday messed my back up. Not sure which of the four exercises did it. Hopefully it will go away. I took some ibuprofen.

I started Train to Busan, but I turned it off. The real horror is watching a dad ignore his kid - I need extra stuff triggering my self loathing. Watched Andorr instead. Tomorrow I have Dead-Alive ready to go, so there’s that.

204.6/205.4

PB&J w9d4
Press 102.5x6x6
SS bench 230x5x5
ss w/ NGPU x7x5
Time 52 minutes
Then jogmill 6:1
3.3 miles in 42:20
Later lateral raises
15s x17,14,12,10

Turned Dead-Alive off halfway through. Turned she-hill towards the end. Cranky, although I’m not in enough of a caloric deficit to be that cranky.

augeleven wakes up, takes a piss, then goes downstairs to weigh himself. He steps off the scale, removes his watch, and steps back on. He repeats this process with his socks, then his undershirt. He quickly walks back upstairs, outside, and out to the shed. On his way back downstairs, he locks the door.

Where is he going with the 20 pound sledge?

“I’m just gonna check the scale for accuracy”
he lies to himself.

“Where
….thud
Is
…. thud
My
…. thud
Fuckingggg…
…. thud
Whoosh????”
thud

Treadmill slowed so I assumed a 13 minute mile. Probably too slow, but oh well - just feeding the base.

206.1/205.6

PB&J w10d2
LBBS
325x1@10
265x4x4
Block Pull
395x5 quit
Time 55 minutes
The 4x4 @82% is more than I accustomed to.
Might be easier if I drop the heaviest single, but it’s time to start peaking anyway.
Block pulls after squats kill me. If I keep them for the rest of the block, I’ll probably do easy singles with hook grip or something.
Gonna lie on this bench and hate myself for a bit

I’m gonna keep the heavy singles, and instead of pushing the 4s at a higher RPE, drop the reps a bit
So instead of
325x1@9 then 265x4x4@7-8
I’ll probably do
325x1@9, 285x1x5-8 or something like that

That and less worrying about T2 and T3 exercises.
I’m probably going back to front squats instead of block pulls.

But yeah, I’m really bad at this - but I think I might have learned some stuff this cycle. Maybe…
PB&J is all about winging it though. We’ll see.
