Thanks Kyle! :)

Will definitely try for the walk everyday, not sure about the phone call, all my friends prefer to text like civilised people.

2/7/21

Hamstrings and lower back a little sore from Wednesday but not enough to impact my everyday life which was nice.

Floor Press:
2x5 15kg
1x9 15kg

So awkward, wish I had a bench.

Barbell row:
2x5 15kg
1x6 15kg

Front squat:
3x5 15kg

Hated these, even with just the bar.

Went for a walk yesterday that was a bit shorter than intended because my husband texted to say that the coffee shop was open for takeaway so of course stopped for one and a bit of a play with the kid in the park. (Along with the rest of western Sydney - we are never getting out of lockdown.)
Quads are super sore today.

Overhead press:
2x5 16kg
1x7 16kg

Barbell row:
2x5 16kg
1x11 16kg

Fuck just realised these were supposed to be curls...

Deadlift:
1x6 37.5kg

Warmed up with power cleans, not sure if useful or not.
