Before: After: No idea how accurate the bodyfat formulae I’ve been using are, but I feel a million times better/younger/healthier. But not stronger by any means. Getting strong now without turning into a pile of suet is the next order of business here. Training has been going reasonably well, but still getting volume dialed in here to generate some momentum.
The "after" is just about at the end of the line with the diet, and the final one is from two days ago, after jacking calories back up for two weeks.

That is some excellent consistent dieting there, good base for hopping on the gains train now

Thanks fellas. Serratus > Abs. But traps/neck > serratus.GlasgowJock wrote: ↑Wed Aug 05, 2020 9:44 am That is some excellent consistent dieting there, good base for hopping on the gains train now
Continuing to train by the seat of my pants, or basically by the seat of my pats with some minimal guardrails.

Not exactly a banner session, right hip/groin is not in great shape, had planned to work heavier and do some paused squats, but decided to let the thing calm down and live to fight another day.

Going to move back to high bar and really drive that lift. I just do not want to fight the squat on the terrain we're fighting on now. Just going to make the fight about leg strength and that's it. Nothing too hard today, just gathering some momentum.

Obviously super light weight here on pulls, but there is an overarching plan that will hopefully come into some relief over the next few months. More optimistic about training than I have been in a long time.
