These felt great. Better than the 230 last session.

Jiujitsu is gonna be on hold for a bit. My wife is getting into the last stretch of pregnancy and leaving home in the evening is difficult. Onward with the lifting though!

I did 22 reps in 16 minutes

Cardio:
15 minutes of light running with the dog. HR at about 75%

Extra Cardio:
Trying to bathe my 150lb dog who hates water

55 reps for an initial set of 14
then 5 sets of 5-8 with 30 seconds rest inbetween

Cardio:
Took the dog for a walk with a weighted vest and hiked through deep snow
20 minutes with heart rate around 75%
