I was supposed to do a burnout set with dumbbells after my bench but I was running out of time and needed to pick up my kids. Alas.
Anyway I hit a form PR for my squats and total reps at 280, I’ve only ever done them for a set of 3. Then I PRed the amrap set. So that was quite nice.

Air bike: 5 min @48-50 RPM

Meep I rep PRed my deadlift!! 315, I’m coming for you.
Only a slight burn in my chest after the bike. It’s the worst form of cardio.

Incline press: 5x3 @115
Chins unassisted: 4-3-3-3

I shock myself every time I go to do some bw chin-ups after not training them for months and I’m all “why are these so hard1?11!!??1”
Anyway those squats were weird. I don’t have problems with speed work but it was a brand new feeling to be shaken about and have to work to not be shaken about.

Deload last week was wonderful. I felt very ready to get back into it today.
