I've been running Wendler's 5/3/1 for about 3 months, and been lifting in totality just under 2 years. The majority of that time was spent hammering away at as many different exercises as I could, as often as I could prior to actually attempt running a program.
My stats as of today are 6''3, 201lbs, 28 years old.

Bench-175
OHP-120
Deadlift-385
Will update when I resume trading this week.
As I've said, I'm running 5/3/1, with First Set Last 5x5, and Joker sets occasionally.
I've been thinking of running the boring but big challenge to try and beef up a bit.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
