Sumo deadlift (didn't pause)
170kg x 1 @8.5
148.5kg, 2 reps, 5 sets

Seated Press
40kg, 4 reps, 6 sets

Chins

Day 4

TnG Mg Bench
97.5kg x 2 @9
95kg, 2 reps, 4 sets

Terrible day, bad sleep, sick etc.. Delayed high bar to today.

Day 5

High bar Squat
140 x 1 @9 PR
112.5kg, 4 reps, 6 sets

Comp Bench
110 x 1 @7
115 x 1 @9 (butt lift slightly) PR

510 Bench
80kg, 4 reps, 5 sets
