Cycle 2 Notes (Oct 8 - Oct 19)
Cycle #2 e1rm constants:
Squat e1rm 375
Bench e1rm 260 (mistake! should have been 255)
Deadlift e1rm 470
W1D1 - squat good on all 6 sets (@8 max); bench overshot due to wrong e1rm, reduced to 175; rest is just over 2min (using a timer)
W1D3 - no issues with power day whatsoever, but those deadlift sets are a mofo; I really like the idea of set 2 being the top single, will apply next cycle
W1D5 - squat was good, but bench once again had to be brought back by 5lb due to wrong e1rm; SGDL still okay with DOH grip
W2D1 - squat & bench @8.5 at peak; doing a density block of BW chins for a total of 25 reps
W2D3 - upped my singles by 5lb to make the plate loading easier, no issues as it was all bellow @9; bench max of 245 was @10; DLs were fine
W2D5 - squat again no issue, but bench was @9.5 on last set - getting really tight and set helped a lot; press density is really a drop set 8/6/4 at this point
