Ouch! How close were you gripping, and where did the bar touch at the bottom? I've recently started doing CGBP, and have one finger on the smooth, and touch at the bottom of my sternum. I'd hate to get a shoulder injury, never had one...

@mgil: Don't worry, I will. Hopefully I can keep going, my chest is looking like shit. :cry:
@AaronM: I was using a 16" spacing, 245 pounds. IMO, Close Grips are actually harder on shoulders because of more rotation.
