Exactly, perfectly flat. I used to lift in Chucks, but they rise a bit up front, and I found that it messed with the “big toes down” cue on which I’ve come to rely quite a bit.

I think I might have imputed wrong weights last workout on press....numbers may have gotten screwy. Whatever. Actual weights this time.

Not really feeling it today. Almost didn't go but glad I did. Just got main lifts in and fucked off. Really nice day but don't feel like going out and doing anything. Couple mile walk yesterday. Might do that and hiking for cardio....I can't stand hamster wheeling it on a treadmill in the gym.

Feel this. I need to park my ass on the Echo Bike, consistently, in order to get my body composition back under control, but I just cannot do cardio indoors when it’s nice out.

Unfortunately the never ending winter conditions where I live don't give a lot of opportunities for springtime out door stuff. It was 70 degrees last week now getting a second snowstorm since then
