@KyleSchuant, I'm feeling good physically. Mentally, still not feeling in a groove where I just lift regardless of what changes the schedule.

Today
PR 38.75 x 5 x 5
DL 100 x 5 x 3
Sq scratch; was feeling light headed and nauseous**.

Probably a combination of factors, but most likely recovery from a fair dose of local anesthesia for some dental work. I don't do well with pain meds.
