Missed logging sessions from the site shutdown, but we're back! I edited my first post, tore my hip/quad (and orthos are useless).

Just feeling this higher volume low rest style out and rehabbing for now.

Another easy day, just feeling out different exercises with high reps and short rests.

Wide Grip Pulldown: 4(115x12)
Close Grip Rows: 3(165x12)
Plate Curls: 4(25x12)
Cable Curls: 2(55x15)

Looks like I can do light leg presses (loaded juuuuust to the point of discomfort) and full weight leg extensions. I'm guessing it's because the movements aren't asking for both hip and knee extension simultaneously. Appears I can do one at a time but not both with a load.

6/2/20
BW: 210

Leg press: 5(305x15)
Leg curl: 4(90x15)
Unilateral leg extensions: 4(90x15)
Calf press: 5(125x20)

I'll add other things in as my hip/quad heals up, like lunges.

Had to stop to watch the kids. Was easy, but I don't really know if I care about heavy deadlifts anymore since I'm not really "powerlifting".

Was able to add 50 lbs to leg press today! Quad/hip is definitely healing up, which is fantastic news!
