A couple of mine were impacted but the reason why I chose oral surgery in lieu of pulling them was me being a wussy. I was told it would be less painful. And that was ultimately incorrect, not to mention tons of ingested blood that eventually came back up and was the ultimately the reason I vomited out the bloods clots. Also, surgery like 5x more expensive at the time. I spent about $4000.00 for surgery, it was something like $800.00 to have them pulled by a local dentist - and that was without using insurance, I think the ordinary dentist route would have been even cheaper with a partial insurance plan I had at the time.

Anywho, I am glad it went well for you. Based on your experience, I wouldn't worry one way or another about the remaining tooth.

Hope training is going well along and the baby is letting you get some rest.

Yeah, that would really not be fun. My dentist wouldn't even try to pull them, even the cracked emergency one. Seems like something dentists don't want to do anymore.

The oral surgeon quoted me at $800-1000 pre-insurance to pull all 4 as a dental procedure, so that cost sounds about right.

Yoke walk 35 paces:

Thick Grip Farmer Walk 35 paces:
6x180

5/20
Deadlift DOH:
0x470
3x4x335

MGBP:
3x8x160

Shit show day, like every DL day seems to be lately. Deadlift warmups felt rough and never got better. Hit 405 but couldn't get 470 higher than knees before dropping it in about 10 attempts. Need to change something. Wasted time trying to hit the top DL rep and didn't have time for anything after bench.

If it's not logged did it even happen?

5/24
Yoke Walk 35 paces:
6x415
TG Farmer walk 35 pages:
6x185

The TG farmer handles are getting the better of me. Grip was dying by the 3rd run. So hard to maintain grip when bouncing around in my uneven yard, but I'm also lurching with the weight at the start and putting myself in a poor grip position from the get-go. Last 2 runs really focused on the start and did better.

5/27
Rower ~3500@15min
Curls: 3x12x20
KB Swing: 2x12x35

Been trying to maintain a consistent pace but adding 1 minute to the duration each time with rowing. Been feeling easier every time at the 2500m point.

5/28
SSB Box Squat:
6x5x160

MGBP:
7x5x140

Lat:
3x15x90

I was planning to shift back to an actual Montana method-ish program since sleep was getting more consistent. Think baby is teething now, back to crap sleep again. Weeeeeeeeee. Still wanted to start because I've been f'n around for 4+ months now, and the only thing not laughably weak is DL. Haven't done any squats with a bar in months. Knees felt good afterward, and they were really bugging me back in 2018. Even empty bar stuff didn't feel right, so hopefully I can avoid getting back to that point.

6/1
Yoke 35 paces:
6x430

Suitcase carry 35 paces (standard grip):
2x110
8x130

Never done much with 1 arm carries. Weight didn't feel that heavy, but 2 days later my obliques still don't work. Tried racing my 4 year old while doing all these carries. Lost horribly.

6/2
Rower
4200@17:07
