Bench: 250x6,6,8

Time: 51 minutes

This was a good lunchtime session, and a nice break between meetings. Squats felt nice.

This was a decent session. I was interrupted by our dog barking up a storm while everyone was still asleep. Given recent experience of going way too hard too fast, I eased into each interval. I was pretty happy with the pace overall (average of all three intervals 1:52.8/500m). Next week will be even better.

This felt good today. I need to remember to engage my legs more on the deadlift - making sure to drop my hips on reps 2 and following.
