Alan Aragon: Protein recommendations

What's a carb? A car part? What's a macro? A type of camera lens?

Damn, that 4th bullet puts me at 200-280g/day of protein. If inclusive of non-primary source protein, the 200g is pretty cake, but the higher end of that is vicious without lots of whey/chicken breasts/repetition.

Probably one of the higher RoI Instagram posts out there overall.

3.1g/kg FFM for someone on a diet works out to ~1g/lb (assuming ~25% bodyfat), if I'm doing the math correctly. That's not very high.

100 kg bro
20% bf = 80 FFM (not FFMI)
80*3.1= 248 g protien

...I guess it's not too bad

(I think I had some pound units in my head the first time I crunched the numbers in my little brain)
