Damn, that 4th bullet puts me at 200-280g/day of protein. If inclusive of non-primary source protein, the 200g is pretty cake, but the higher end of that is vicious without lots of whey/chicken breasts/repetition.
Probably one of the higher RoI Instagram posts out there overall.

Re: Alan Aragon: Protein recommendations
3.1g/kg FFM for someone on a diet works out to ~1g/lb (assuming ~25% bodyfat), if I'm doing the math correctly. That's not very high.mbasic wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 1:52 pmThe high side seems insane (x3.1) ...OrderInChaos wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 1:39 pm Damn, that 4th bullet puts me at 200-280g/day of protein. Re: Alan Aragon: Protein recommendations
100 kg bro
20% bf = 80 FFM (not FFMI)
80*3.1= 248 g protien
...I guess it's not too bad
(I think I had some pound units in my head the first time I crunched the numbers in my little brain)
