Weller 107 or 12-year, if you can find it.

Old Crow.
This is so cheap where I am! I bought it because Tom Waits sang about it, but I keep buying it for mixed drinks.
Slightly disappointed I still don't sound like Tom though.

It's SUPER cheap, and drinkable straight. For more fun, get some mason jars and a little torch. Char some oak, drop it in the jar, fill the jar with Old Crow. Let it sit for a few weeks/months. Filter out the Oaked Old Crow, keep the wood in there and fill it with maple syrup. Bourbon barrel maple syrup.
Then drain that, and put more Old Crow in the jar. Bourbon barrel maple syrup bourbon.

And all that cost you around $25, assuming you needed to buy a torch.

Everybody should buy a torch. My torch will char that oak in 5 seconds.
