when training I like it nice and loose, on heavy/PR days I jack it as tight as possible.

i actually wear it one hole looser than squats bc it pinches my ribs if its too tight. i feel more comfortable with it being a little looser so i can get into position better. so bench and deads same hole, squat one hole tighter. i do tend to position it slightly higher for pulls than squats though.

I've gotten used to my 13mm lever belt now, and wear it the same as i did my 10mm single prong for squats.
Pushed gently down on my hips with the center front pushed down between.
Now for deads, i wear it pretty much the same, but not pushed down as much.
It doesn't move on DL set up like the 10mm did, which caused me to wear it high in front low in back.
Single prong will just be a spare for meets, and/or to loan if anyone needs one.

I haven’t used a belt in months. It feels sort of liberating, like going commando.
