I stopped squatting ~ Nov last year due to hip pain on the left side. Started back up with goblet squats, and have been doing belt squats.
More recently, I did some parallel box squats and now onto parallel pin squats.
My right hip is definitely higher than my left from my view (right shoulder lower also), but almost looks like I shift after I hit the pin.
While there isn't pain today, I'm weary due to previous issues.
Any feedback? This is set 3 of 3 of 225x5.
I have a side view, too if that would help.
Thanks

Don't think it's as bad as it looks, your shirt comes down lower on the left side than the right. I think ignoring that it looks pretty even from here...

Thanks for the feedback. I plan on to keep progressing this cautiously.damufunman wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2019 5:59 am Don't think it's as bad as it looks, your shirt comes down lower on the left side than the right. I think ignoring that it looks pretty even from here...
