Interesting. I listened to the whole thing. Lots of theories about vitamin supplementation. Most are either all or none. The none for some reason all seem to live in warm sunny climates.
I've always felt at least with vitamin d that I feel better supplementing for the 9 months of the year that the sun isn't high in the Northern sky. I also should start taking a multivitamin again too.
