Trap bar deads: 80kg x 5 x 7@6
Cable Pulldowns (supine grip): 55kg x 5 x 8@6
One arm at a time superset:
Tricep extension/concentration curl 10kg x 10 x 2, 7.5x10/10kg x 10 x 3
On a quick trip to visit my brother, so a different gym. Couldn't find a incline bench for barbells and all angle adjustable benches seem to be bolted to the floor. So Dumbbells benchin it was. I like the superset I did at the end. I'll definitely keep that in the rotation.
