The past couple of years I have read multiple reports and articles discussing the benefits of microdosing psilocybin for a host of mental issues. I have dealt with multiple issues through the years (runs in the family) and see this as a beneficial treatment. I was surprised to find that one can simply order psilocybe spores online as long as you don't live in California, Idaho, and Georgia.
Does anyone have experience microdosing psilocybin? If so, did you notice any benefits? Did you grow your own? What treatment protocol did you use?
