Squat Depth Check

#1

Post by michael » Sat Oct 26, 2019 9:02 am

I need to fix my squat depth.

I plan to use a box as a depth gauge for a few workouts. I won't be unloading on the box, but simply brushing it to ensure good depth.

I think a 12" box puts me below parallel. Do you agree?

Depth looks perfect there.

Rep Fitness makes a 12/14/16 box that comes in damn handy for stuff like this.

If you want to compete, those are not good enough in my CPU referee opinion. They look right at parallel. You need at least another inch. If you don't plan to compete, good enough.
