Yeah. Maybe I just am way out of shape. That’s likely true.

Nah that looks about right from what I've seen...

I think mine only felt as hard as it did because I couldn't really accelerate it up because ya know... I didn't wanna blast the ceiling lol

There's no standard chair weight, but the chair lift challenge is very difficult. I'm starting an LP. I have two chairs in the garage. . .

Lift a chair without it tipping by gripping just one leg. Right hand on left rear leg. Then left hand on right rear leg. (or I may have that backwards)

Tried the Hammer Challenge yesterday. Pretty easy, left and right handed... I may be doing it wrong?

I've done a lot of "levering" in that fashion at various jobs, though. Piling lumber and such.

Nah, I'm thinking it's just pretty easy for anyone with a decent strength base lol

I tired this the other day at the gym and it was surprisingly hard. I thought it was gonna be easy.

It was surprisingly difficult to do in a slow controlled way. Tough on my wrists too, in a way that I didn't like the feel of.

I thought you had to do a deadlift holding the sleeve; picking one end up first gives you leverage
