Happy to finally join the forum after being a longtime lurker. Hope you all don't mind me blowing up the forum today with replies. I like the community here and hope it continues to thrive.
I'm 35, 210lbs, New York. Been powerlifting since Summer 2019.
Doing a intermediate 4 day split with an SSC that is well-liked around here - he's coaching me remotely. Despite my hesitation, his feedback has been invaluable. I peaked on NLP in April after a setback in Jan...happy with progress thus far. No competition goals, but I do plan to start cutting slowly now (I'd like to get down to 190 again) and hopefully continue with my gains.
Current PRs (all for 5 - I've not tested 1RM yet):
SQ 335, BE 207.5, DL 450, PR 165
I'd like to be here by Jan 2021:
SQ 405, BE 250, DL 525, PR 205 (all for 5 reps)
Covid has been a blessing for my lifts, which I know is rare. I'm grateful.

Must be a world record to have my second digital log entry include a fail, but alas here we are. Been at least 3 or 4 months since I had a failure.

Aim for splits at 1:37. That’s the optimal time.
