Dumbell press (one arm) 3x10 7.5kg
Chair dips BW 3x5
Chinups BW+8.75x7
Dumbell front squat 1x5 20kg
Bulgarian split squat BW 3x5
Couch deadlift 3x5 took out all the big pillows
Farmers walk 10kg dumbell each hand, 6 meters walk, 6 meters back, 3 reps, 3 sets
They even closed the public workout parks

Started doing the bridge, no reason continuing the LP anymore, i'm starting from week 2 no point to do week 1. i'm doing the program with some modifications, most notably doing the press as the main lift, but also doing some different assistance exercises and rep ranges

Dips 7 minute density block BW: 5,5,3,3,3,5 total reps: 24
This is a gpp/accessory workout
