1) 42.5 kg x 8 felt good. Now I Press after Bench Press and Pin Squats (BBM Strength Template). So I am really tired and hence I play it safe with the weight on the bar. I anticipate some serious form breakdown with a marginal increase in the load.

2) The present form isn't very different from my pre-SS "standing overhead barbell press" when I used to do bro-style split routine with much ligher weights (of course, trying to hit anterior, posterior and medial deltoids LOL 😂). This form actually feels more natural.

3) Work stress is at an all time high. Diet is irregular, sleep is hard to come by, and I am losing some weight. Also, I have not done reps of 8 in a long time. So I was really sore the next day.
