1) 42.5 kg x 8 felt good. Now I Press after Bench Press and Pin Squats (BBM Strength Template). So I am really tired and hence I play it safe with the weight on the bar. I anticipate some serious form breakdown with a marginal increase in the load.
2) The present form isn't very different from my pre-SS "standing overhead barbell press" when I used to do bro-style split routine with much ligher weights (of course, trying to hit anterior, posterior and medial deltoids LOL ). This form actually feels more natural.
3) Work stress is at an all time high. Diet is irregular, sleep is hard to come by, and I am losing some weight. Also, I have not done reps of 8 in a long time. So I was really sore the next day.
