That's gotta be some Cockroach. Bite your head off, man.
Good morning, to anybody who bothers to read this.
A quick outline of me for context then I'll start my log off, I'm a 35 year old father of 3 in Glasgow in the west of Scotland, and have been lifting a few years now, logging elsewhere (http://startingstrength.com/resources/f ... sometimes-) for some of that time.
As a general rule, I've been training mostly for strength with a wee bit of conditioning, in there, but most of this year I've been concentrating on running, running and more running, but that's all mostly done for now.
As of right now I weigh around 73kg (about 160lbs) and stand at A gargantuan 5'7". I may be slightly shorter..
My goals are quite vague, but are to really maintain consistency and get stronger, I'm quite a bit weaker than my previous still weak self! My plan also is not to really stretch my uniform trousers out, but shirts and t shirts are expendable!
I work shifts, and a second job, my nutrition tends to slip a bit, and recently because I've been running like a loonball, I've been eating everything that's not nailed down and still not getting heavier. Or bigger. These are my obstacles. Not insurmountable.
I might add that I followed across here cos I generally liked to read alot from some of the "characters" who are now posting here. So it makes sense to keep a log whilst I'm here. Thanks for the heads up from the bloke who pointed me here.

Here is the last few weeks, I'm currently doing a wee mini LP thing, then will bend into HLM, most likely Andy Baker style, I quite like his programming, i saw he has an annual plan thing on his website, so will steal from that.

Slipped on some ice yesterday and have hurt my upper right quad, which seems slightly strainish, but at the bottom of even a slightly loaded squat my leg starts to shake like a shitting dog. So no heavy squats. Xmas night out last night too, and working an extra dayshift today, means I couldnt really muster much give a fuck for today anyway. Shift was busy too, finished with a nice X-massy kitchen fire.

4x6 115kg during the 3rd set of these my mind wandered and I lost balance squatting. Was saved by the rack, but squashed my finger in the process. Much bleeding but seems ok.
