then immediately:
EMOM:

Got 6 rounds on time, 7th round took 1:04
Total reps (incl. warmup): 24 pullups, 48 pushups, 72 squats
later:
weighted situps 3x8 1.25kg plate

After 6 months without a gym I finally got back to real training today, hopefully we won't have more lockdowns.
I went from 90kg body weight to 81kg, most of it was fat but some muscle as well, I maintained my strength as much as possible with what I have at home.
Doing some basic LP thing for now:
13/3/21:
Squat 40x5x3 (High bar)
CG bench press 40x5x3
Deadlift 60x5 (Semi sumo)
Chinups 2x8 BW
all weights in KG
