Anybody pull frog stance?
If so, what are the benefits in your opinion?

I think my stance is almost this froggy, but not quite full frog mode. The toes out should give a more upright start and get the hips closer to the bar without the drawbacks of a wider conventional stance.

I was closer to this (but not full on heels together) when I pulled with a mixed grip, mainly trying to get my legs out of the way so I could bring my grip in while keeping my elbows straight... didn’t really work out for me though... after my bicep tear and switching to hook/straps my stance has gradually gotten wider.

I tried it. Didn't think it made much of a difference in terms of ability to lift either plus or minus although with full heels-together it felt a little more wobbly. Depending on your anatomy and current aches and pains it might be a decent alternative to rotate through.

Tried this as well and never saw the benefit of it. Maybe it's something you have to learn the proper form from, but alternatively doesn't putting your feet closer together increase the overall ROM of the bar?

I believe the technical advantage is in the narrow grip, as it theoretically maximizes bar bend which changes the pull to be higher off the floor before you hit full load. It also decreases lateral load on your grip which can matter. These guys also have next level monkey arms to take advantage of the narrow grip. The older I get, the narrower all of this seems to get for me.

I’m always in the lookout for other powerlifters with long legs and short torsos, and these guys are extreme!

I’m more interested in where you can get an old school singlet like the one on the right.

I do recall Brett McKay talking about this somewhere. Matt Reynolds had him working on this some, and I tried it at that time. I probably need to play around with it some more, because I basically squat frog stance to hit depth.
