Does anyone know what Allen is using in this vid? Lecreuset something. It’s not a Dutch oven. Looks like a huge fry pan and lid?

They sell small sauce pans. And Dutch ovens. Not sure what Allen is using.

My bad. I saw that on lecreuset web site. I thought it was a non stick because the inside was black.

What about a lid? Or should I buy a Dutch oven from them which is basically a deep fry pan with lid?

Or should I skip the enameled cast iron and get a start gazer?
