I was watching this Hicks at the physio vid, which speaks a lot to some stuff I've been exploring since I tried the airplane things from the Licis video. I have a simlar shoulder thing going on, but I got different stuff from the PT than Hicks is doing here. Kind of amazing to me the difference a little activation makes what the muscles will do. Making me more and more curious about how much recruitment dominates what we can lift.
