Until yesterday, the 5200 was priced at $469 for a while. Once the 4100 came out, they knew they couldn't justify the two prices being so close together. I agree $400 is high, but they're probably looking at things like the Ironmaster Pro which is $459 shipped (several years ago I got it and two attachments during a crazy sale during the summer for $300 shipped).

I'll probably hold off on the adjustable bench and focus on my chest supported row upgrade.. trying to sell my Fray Fitness one I got from an IG contest and looking at buying the ProMaxima PL-03 maybe... also considered EliteFTS/Williams chest supported row, but that's about $1500 shipped, and probably too much $$ and too big for my space.
