Cashier at the store today asked what gym I go to and said he needs to go there and pointed at muh guns. Ive gotten more comments on my physique in the past 5 months than ever before. The metcons and high rep stuff really pay off.* A couple of months ago Aaron said I looked fitter/more muscular than ever also

I've never done these before: I only used 20# per side and let myself rest between sets of 10 and these were still challenging.
Went here this weekend. They were training a new guide, so we got to take a tour of the inside of the house.Pretty cool. They have the original smokehouse on site and sometimes have events where they use it. I'm going to go back next time they do:
