I got a pair of these recently, and they weighed the same as each other, and were basically stated weight.
ofc they are only guaranteed for 3% +/-

They have a rim on both sides and are a little bit textured.
Pretty nice for cheap iron plates i thought.

I missed this part. Just got mine and my first thought was a silent chuckle to the people who obsess over numbers in plate loading and got these without reading the copy.

The important part - one was 45.5 and one was 44.6. Cool.

Sweet, you get to practice awkard loads. That was a thing for a while a long ass time ago when I first started digging into PL, guys intentionally misloading by a small fraction one way or the other for some theoretical benefit that I don't think existed.

The center holes on these are much better tolerance than the three pair i have from Rogue.
It actually improves how everything sits since they are also just a shade taller, and i load them first.

I lucked out and mine weigh the same as each other.
Now i don't have to load my 1.25s until my 4th pair are on.
They both weigh 44lbs
