ROM filtering is for cutting out phantom reps from the unavoidable movement unracking bar etc. For slow lift purposes 20cm is essentially universal solution unless you have a minute bench ROM etc.

Thresholding is for setting cutoffs - think e.g. stop @9 vs stop @0.15

My RepOne is giving me some troubles lately, and considering this is my 3rd device (previously OpenBarbell and OpenBarbell v3), I'm considering other options.
