thanks for this.
I've been stumped lately trying to find the specially made stainless steel rings for making the perfectly round egg patty part. I stopped into a few specially phoo-phoo cooking stores and have not found. People working there know what I'm talking about .... but no dice.
Dude suggested a mason jar lid, and the option he gave steaming it without flipping was gold.
